Administrative Business Partner

Zurich, Switzerland

Are you ready to play a vital role in our dynamic team? We're on the lookout for an Administrative Business Partner who can provide essential administrative and operational support to our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on administrative tasks, crafting and refining emails, drafting impactful memos, and skilfully handling executive communications.

  • Maintain meticulous and comprehensive records to ensure seamless operations.

  • Contribute to minor accounting duties, showcasing your attention to detail.

  • Orchestrating well-organized meetings, from scheduling to reminders, and even coordinating catering when the occasion calls.

  • Effortlessly manage the executive's calendar, adeptly juggling appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.

 

Requirements:

​

A Bachelor's Degree paired with a minimum of 3 years of experience in office settings, ideally as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel, to enhance productivity.
Exhibit a high level of organization and self-motivation, driving results even in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional command of written and spoken English and German, with bonus points for fluency in Italian and Spanish.


Showcase your keen eye for detail, coupled with outstanding time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Role Overview:

As our Marketing & Communication Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving PeakJet's marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will span both online and offline realms, ensuring our brand's success in the competitive aviation industry.

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition through channels like Meta ads and Google Ads.

  • Coordinate seamless data sharing across technology platforms and educate internal stakeholders on the strategic use of different channels to drive media outcomes.

  • Provide expert guidance on Paid Search, Affiliate Display, and Social platforms, ensuring the achievement of KPIs for B2C, B2B, and P2P channels.

  • Launch, manage, and optimize new acquisition campaigns, including email marketing campaigns and native advertising, to foster rapid user base growth.

  • Implement automated marketing campaigns to enhance guest loyalty.

  • Oversee affiliate programs, manage social media platforms, and create captivating content and contests on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Analyze marketing KPIs to measure performance effectively.

  • Contribute to the development of new markets and acquisition projects.

  • Establish partnerships with other startups and companies.

  • Collaborate in the management of digital partners.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

​

Degree or Honours in Media or Marketing.
3-5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, including planning, trading, and campaign implementation in Paid Search.
Preferred additional experience in senior media roles, client-side management in a Performance agency role, and knowledge of major performance media channels (programmatic, affiliates, social, retargeting).
Native fluency in German, along with mandatory proficiency in English, French, and Italian (both spoken and written). Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Proficiency in paid marketing tools such as Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads, as well as experience with Canva/Photoshop.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A creative mindset to conceptualize potential marketing campaigns.
Strong multitasking ability, self-motivated, capable of both independent and collaborative work.
Enthusiasm for the startup world and social media.
Excellent communication skills.

Guest Experience Manager

Are you ready to take charge as the Guest Experience Manager, ensuring seamless interactions with PeakJet's guests? This role will have you connecting with our diverse German, English, French, and Italian-speaking clientele on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the primary touchpoint for guests, available through our website, phone, and email support.
Elevate guest satisfaction by collecting valuable feedback and working closely with our development and marketing teams.
Play a pivotal role in turning inquiries into future bookings.
Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team to establish cohesive strategies.


Desired Background:

Fluent in German with a strong command of English (Proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus).
Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and over the phone.
